Waited in line for over 30 minutes and they got my order wrong. No friendly faces. They didn’t even apologize for my wait!
Got order completely wrong. Ordered big breakfast and got it wrong. Took it back and all they did was scrap pancakes.
Great friendly service!!! Cashiers positive attitude and prompt service makes me want to come back again!
Typical Fast Food of course but service and food are like a roller coaster. Can be "good " at times and "very poor " at times. I believe it starts at the "Top " with ownership in the reflection of how this place is run. If they other restaurants to compete against in the area they would be out of business.
I have to say McDonald's of Murfreesboro North Carolina it's just awful. I have never had a pleasant service there. They're slow and most of the time they're rude. And during the summer times they never have the milkshake machines running because they're too lazy to clean them. I feel like they just don't care because they are the only fast food restaurants there. So why make an effort right?!?
